Holo raises €5M to scale AI marketing for small businesses
The Vilnius-based AI marketing platform Holo has secured €5 million in seed funding to develop autonomous marketing features and expand its team, following rapid growth to over 20,000 paying customers and $5 million in annual recurring revenue.

Holo has raised €5 million in a seed funding round to scale its AI marketing platform for small businesses. The Vilnius-based startup achieved this after reaching over 20,000 paying customers and $5 million in annual recurring revenue within just 252 days, having previously raised less than €1 million.
The round was led by Market One Capital. It included participation from Silicon Gardens, FirstPick, Leonis Capital, NGL, Tekton Ventures, and several business angels. Market One Capital cited the founders' experience and the company's early commercial traction as key reasons for leading the investment.
Founding team and AI approach
Holo was founded in Vilnius by Deividas Kovger, who handles product development, and Aleksandras Urbanavicius, who leads growth. The founding team also includes design lead Karolis Vaiginis and CTO Arnas Puidokas. The founders brought prior experience in advertising, growth strategy, email marketing, and marketing software development.
The company's platform uses third-party AI models with its own proprietary technology built on top. This system analyzes a business's website to understand its products, brand identity, and communication style. It then uses this analysis to generate tailored marketing strategies, content, and campaigns.
Product capabilities and customer value
Holo combines marketing planning with content creation and campaign management in a single platform. Business owners start by entering their website URL. The AI analyzes the site and generates a comprehensive marketing plan outlining recommended channels, campaigns, and priorities.
The platform then creates the corresponding marketing materials. This includes advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and SEO content, all crafted to match the business's unique voice. All generated materials are organized into a content calendar for review.
Users can review, edit, and request changes to any material before approving it for publication. Once comfortable, owners can move approved tasks to an autopilot mode for hands-off execution. The platform continuously monitors campaign performance and recommends adjustments to optimize results. Holo automates the entire process from initial strategy planning to final performance measurement.
Deividas Kovger explained the platform's adaptive nature: "We're building the first AI marketing platform that truly understands small businesses and helps them grow without needing marketing teams." He added that the system learns from each business's performance data to continuously refine its marketing plans.
Funding purpose and market expansion
The new €5 million in capital is earmarked for specific growth initiatives. Holo plans to accelerate development of its marketing autopilot capabilities, aiming to create more autonomous features. The funding will also be used to expand its customer base and grow its team in Vilnius.
Co-founder Aleksandras Urbanavicius highlighted the core problem Holo solves, noting that small business owners are experts in their trade but rarely started their companies to do marketing. The platform's goal is to allow these entrepreneurs to market with the sophistication of large brands-engaging in constant testing and making weekly optimizations-without requiring them to actively think about the process.
The company's existing global customer base of more than 20,000 paying businesses across over 100 countries demonstrates a clear market demand for accessible, automated marketing solutions. Holo's immediate focus is on developing its autonomous marketing capabilities and expanding its Vilnius team with the new funding.
