Prevalent AI raises £16.1m from Integrity
Prevalent AI has secured £16.1 million in growth investment from Integrity Growth Partners. The London-based AI data fabric firm will use the capital to scale its go-to-market efforts and expand into the US and broader enterprise risk.

Prevalent AI has raised £16.1 million in a growth funding round. The investment comes from Los Angeles-based Integrity Growth Partners (IGP) and is the first primary capital raised by the London-headquartered firm.
Founded by alumni of GCHQ, Prevalent AI provides an AI-powered data fabric. The company states its technology continuously cleans, connects, and contextualises fragmented enterprise data into a sovereign knowledge graph. This aims to supply the organisational context needed for secure operations, AI deployment, and decision-making.
The Context Challenge
According to the company, a significant challenge persists in enterprise security and AI. Enterprises are projected to spend an estimated $240 billion (£176bn) on information security in 2026. Yet, Prevalent AI claims much of that investment generates more disconnected data than actionable insight.
The same problem is emerging in enterprise AI. The firm cites a Gartner prediction that more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027. Gartner attributes this to escalating costs, unclear business value, and inadequate risk controls.
Prevalent AI argues that context connects these problems. The company states AI systems can only make reliable decisions when operating on data that is clean, connected, and continuously current. It says it is solving this challenge for clients including banks, telecommunications providers, and insurers.
Funding for Expansion
The new capital will be used to scale the company's global go-to-market organisation. It will also accelerate expansion into the US market, deepen the leadership team, and extend the platform's applications.
Currently focused on cybersecurity, the firm plans to move into broader enterprise risk use cases. “We started with security because that is where fragmented data does the most damage,” said Paul Stokes, co-founder and CEO of Prevalent AI. “The investment from Integrity Growth Partners allows us to scale our business beyond cybersecurity into every enterprise function where decisions depend on connected, trusted data.”
Stokes outlined the core issue the company addresses. “Large enterprises do not have a shortage of tools or data. They have a shortage of context,” he said. He explained that security teams are asked to make decisions across thousands of systems, controls, identities, and data sources that were never designed to work together.
The investment from Integrity Growth Partners enables this strategic broadening of focus beyond the initial cybersecurity application.
