Guideless, a Lithuanian AI startup, has successfully raised €1 million in pre-seed funding to drive the growth of its innovative software training and operational knowledge platform. This significant investment will enable the company to further develop its technology and expand its reach into international markets.

Background and Funding

The funding round was led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and several angel investors, including Thomas Plantenga, Vytautas Atkočaitis, and Mantas Mikuckas, who are all affiliated with Vinted. Guideless was founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, and the company soft-launched its product in late 2025 before being incorporated in June 2026.

The primary goal of Guideless is to address the time and resources companies spend on creating and updating software training materials, which can become outdated as teams, tools, and workflows change. This can lead to employees relying on colleagues or support teams for information, rather than having access to accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Platform Capabilities

Guideless uses AI to automate the creation and maintenance of software training and workflow documentation. The platform captures workflows as users perform them within business software and uses AI to turn individual steps into structured training materials. These materials can include visual sequences, written instructions, transcripts, and narration, and can be edited, branded, shared, or exported.

According to Evaldas Bieliūnas, CEO and co-founder of Guideless, the platform is designed to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context, eventually forming an evolving memory layer that preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes change. This approach enables tutorials to be easily updated, adapted, and translated, with the platform supporting text-to-speech in more than 40 languages.

Market Presence and Future Plans

Guideless currently has over 3,000 users and paying customers across 15 markets, with its technology being used by teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, and the Nevada Hospital Association, alongside hundreds of other organizations. The new funding will be used to accelerate product development, grow the team, and support Guideless' planned expansion into the UK, wider European, and US markets.

The company claims that its platform can reduce the time needed to create and update training documentation by up to ten times. With its innovative approach to software training and operational knowledge, Guideless is well-positioned to make a significant impact in the industry and capitalize on the growing demand for AI-powered solutions.
