Stockholm-based Fluencify has secured $4.3 million in an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by byFounders, with participation from Wave Ventures, bringing the company's total funding to $4.3 million.

Founded in 2025 by Erik Romdhane, Isaac Norin, and Sam Stones Hälleberg, the startup uses AI agents to run creator marketing campaigns from start to finish. The platform handles discovery, outreach, briefing, scheduling, paid boosting, and cross-border payouts across more than 85 countries.

The founder's insight

CEO Erik Romdhane drew on his experience as both an influencer and an agency owner. He found the creative work was the smallest part of the job. Most hours were consumed by logistical tasks like finding creators, chasing replies, writing briefs, and managing international payments. "This is work that only scales by hiring," Romdhane said. "We wanted to build a system so a brand can describe the outcome it wants and get the campaign run end to end, without all the legwork."

His co-founders, Isaac Norin and Sam Stones Hälleberg, previously founded an AI voice note app as teenagers. Hälleberg also built a personal following of over 1 million followers on Instagram, amassing 500 million views.

How the platform operates

Fluencify operates on an ambassador model, help recurring partnerships between brands and creators rather than one-off posts. A brand simply describes its desired campaign outcome. The company's AI agents then manage creator discovery and matching, automated outreach, reply handling, and briefing.

The platform currently has more than 13,000 active creators working with brands that have a combined market capitalization of $30 billion. It specializes in working with consumer and prosumer software companies, particularly products that demonstrate well on camera, such as AI tools, productivity apps, and educational software.

The market context

The investment comes as trust in peer recommendations outpaces trust in corporate messaging. An Edelman Trust Barometer Special Report cited by the source found 80% of people trust "a person like themselves who regularly uses the brand" for accurate information, compared to 58% who trust a brand's CEO. Also, 59% of people are more influenced by other consumers before a purchase, versus 50% influenced by the brand itself.

Currently, creator marketing is managed through traditional agencies, marketplaces, campaign software, or in-house teams. Fluencify positions itself as distinct by running the entire campaign with automated agents, rather than just selling a software tool or providing a manual service.

Next steps with the funding

The new capital will be used to hire engineers in Stockholm, open a New York office, and build out a US sales operation. The company also plans to expand its creator network and strengthen its product offering for current clients. Magnus Hambleton, Partner at lead investor byFounders, will join Fluencify's board.

Hambleton commented on the investment, stating, "As building products becomes easy, getting the word out about them has only gotten more important." He added that the founders' deep understanding of social media and "outlier levels of hustle" have created a working solution for major brands.

The platform aims to alleviate common bottlenecks in creator marketing, such as laborious creator searches, payment processing delays, and content production hurdles. By using coordinating AI agents, Fluencify enables brands to run marketing continuously rather than in isolated campaigns. This structure also allows creators to earn more predictable income regardless of their location.
