Crediflow AI secures £1.5m for loan automation
Manchester FinTech Crediflow AI has raised £1.5 million in seed funding led by PXN Ventures to automate commercial loan processing, cutting assessment time from days to minutes.

Crediflow AI has secured £1.5 million in seed funding to automate commercial loan processes. The Manchester-based FinTech, founded in 2024, will use the capital to accelerate its platform development and expand its engineering and product teams.
The investment round was led by PXN Ventures through the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II. It included participation from Haatch and several angel investors. The funding originated from PXN’s PraeSeed programme, a 12-week cohort-based investment scheme run in partnership with the British Business Bank and NPIF II. The Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II is a £660 million vehicle covering the North of England, providing loans from £25,000 to £2 million and equity investment of up to £5 million.
Product capabilities
Crediflow AI’s platform consolidates credit team data, including financial statements, bank transactions, and borrower documents, into a unified credit analysis for lenders. Its flagship product, FlowSpread, automates financial spreading from PDFs, tax returns, and bank statements, eliminating manual data entry. A separate Bank Statement Analysis tool categorises transactions, reconciles them, and flags risk signals such as unusual activity, cash flow volatility, and concentration risk.
The system drastically reduces processing time. Where manual assessment of a commercial loan application can take several days, Crediflow AI cuts that down to between 10 and 30 minutes. The fresh capital will be used to extend this automation across the full loan lifecycle, from origination to monitoring.
Client and market reach
The platform is already used by hundreds of credit professionals across the UK, Europe, and the United States. Its client base includes lenders such as AddWorking Capital and Iveco Capital. The company plans to use the new funding to onboard more banks and lenders, aiming to help them grow their loan books without increasing administrative overhead.
Leadership and vision
Crediflow AI was founded by CEO Drey Kenfack, who has over a decade of experience in commercial lending at institutions including Ford Credit Bank, DF Capital Bank, and Advance Global Capital. Kenfack stated that manual processes constrain lenders’ ability to scale and that his company’s tools reduce workload to give credit teams more time to understand borrowers.
Jonathan Keeling, a partner at investor Haatch, said the platform turns hours of manual spreading and memo writing into structured analysis that credit teams can act on immediately. Joe Ball, a senior investment associate at PXN Ventures, added that Crediflow AI removes critical inefficiencies in commercial finance processes and supports companies that need funding to grow.
Sue Barnard, a senior investment manager at the British Business Bank, noted that Crediflow AI supports the UK’s Industrial Strategy through its digital and technology advancements. The investment was made in November 2026. Crediflow AI plans to use the funding to accelerate platform development and expand engineering and product teams.
